Kat is a nonbinary, Taiwanese-American illustrator based in Southern California. They received their BFA in illustration from CSULB in 2021. They specialize in digital art that focuses on characters. Aside from drawing, Kat also streams a variety of content as Katsudonut, the virtual cat, on Twitch. They stream drawing processes, chatting, gaming, and occasionally singing. They hope to create a comfortable space to hang out in with their streams.Kat lives with two black cats, Lulu and Mona, and a rescued tuxedo cat, Wednesday. COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

Once the invoice is paid, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.1. I may livestream the process of the commission and post the artwork on my portfolio and social media pages. Please let me know ahead of time if you do not want me to do so.2. I reserve the right to turn down any commission requests3. Commissions generally take around 2 - 4 weeks to complete.4. If you have a tighter deadline, let me know in the initial email and I will do my best to accommodate. There may be a rush fee (20% of commission price) if the deadline is very soon.5. Commissioner can re-upload the finished artwork only when credit can be given to me in a form of a link credit to my twitter (https://twitter.com/katsuudonut)6. I retain full right to the original artwork.7. Artwork are for personal use only.8. Commercial rates are available and can be discussed.9. Payment Methods:- USD and invoiced via Square- Either paid in full price upfront- Or half of the price as a deposit and half upon completion before receiving the final high res file.10. RefundIf commission is cancelled before the work has started, the client will receive a full refund.If commission is cancelled mid-progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist's discretion. Here is a rough outline of what will be refunded at each stage.- Sketch: 90%- Line: 50%- Line and Flat Color: 15%No refund will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.If I cancel the commission for whatever reason at any state, a full refund will be given.11. The commissioner will receive a rough, colored sketch for approval before finalization. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed- Major changes and revisions must be made at the sketch stage.- Minor edits will be allowed after the artwork is completed- If I make any error in the character design that is specified in the visual reference, I will make these edits at no additional cost.12. Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference. Please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.13. A rough thumbnail, even in stick figures, to explain exactly what you want me to draw can be very helpful and are welcomed!
